'Upside Down' - The Creation Records Story
For me, I've already known most of the story. It's good to see these people reflecting the glory days, though I could only understand half of what they are saying. It's a must-see documentary for those who love creation records artists. I feel... the documentary is a bit too short, I wish to see more footages of them, riot live gig, crazy backstage, people stoned with E, or whatever drugs they were taking. Well... too bad you don't really get to see much new. Nonetheless, the ending message is good, "you see, it's a fallacy. our dreams are so huge, enormous and vast, we can never fully meet them. The rule really is to be grateful for everything." indeed.
Badhead
So far i've not really stayed in touch
Well you knew as much it's no surprise that today
I'll get up around two from a lack of anything to do
And I might as well just grin and bear it
Because it's not worth the trouble of an argument
And you have not really stayed in touch
Well I knew as much it's no surprise that today
I get up for round two with nothing to do
Except get a touch of flu
And I might as well grin and bear it
Because it's not worth the trouble of an argument
And in any case i'd rather wear it
It's like a badhead in the morning
And I know
And I might as well grin and bear it
Because it's not worth the trouble of an argument
And in any case i'd rather wear it
It's like a badhead in the morning
And I might as well grin and bear it
Because it's not worth the trouble of an argument
And in any case i'd rather wear it
You're like a badhead in the morning

(this song is a very accurate account of my life at the moment. i want to show her the song, but i know it's no use. she won't understand or care about my life now. i've been listening to a lot of Blur lately, this wasn't one of my favourite songs. i put on random play mode, and it picked this song. sometimes, the song just jumps to you like that. i used to prefer Oasis, but now i know that Blur's songs are better. portraying this rubbish modern life, my unproductive mundane life.)

I'm Not Sorry
On returning, I can't believe this world is still turning
The pressure's on, Because the pleasure hasn't gone
And I'm, Not sorry for, For the things I've done
And I'm, Not looking for, Just anyone
On competing, Oh, when will this tired heart stop beating?
It's all a game, Existence is only a game
And I'm, Not sorry for, For the things I've done
And I'm, Not looking for, Just anyone
I'm, Slipping below the water line, I'm, Slipping below the water line
Reach for my hand, And, And the race is won
Reject my hand, And, The damage is done
I'm, Slipping below the water line
I'm, Slipping below the water line
The woman of my dreams, She, She never came along
The woman of my dreams, Well, There never was one
And I'm, Not sorry for, For the things I've said
There's a wild man in my head, There's a wild man In my head
The pressure's on, Because the pleasure hasn't gone
And I'm, Not sorry for, For the things I've done
And I'm, Not looking for, Just anyone
On competing, Oh, when will this tired heart stop beating?
It's all a game, Existence is only a game

I Wanna Be a Dog
Me: Haha, I just saw a comment on youtube. "I wanna be a dog!"
A: Yeah, that's probably what he's singing while he got high. But when he sobers up, he realised how inappropriate it sounds and changed it to "I wanna be adored".
Me: XDDDDDD....nice man!
Oasis R.I.P
They were great, really great, but they are out of time.
However Liam is an idiot. Reading NME's 50 Incredulous Liam Gallagher Quotes only proves he really is an idiot. He's far too arrogant, though I agree with him at some point, but he really does not have to act/talk like an idiot. I think I'd quote some of his words, fucking hilarious. He could be a very good comedian, I think.
On ambition: "If I wasn't a musician I don't know. I'd be God, maybe? That would be a good job." (The Sun, 2005).On being a softie at heart: “I am a tender, beautiful and loving guy that happens to slap a photographer now and then because they get in my way.” (Sky.com, July 2005).On singing: “I’m a better singer than him [Noel]. I’m the man, man.” (NME, December 2008)On conquering America: “Americans want grungy people stabbing themselves in the head onstage. They get a bright bunch like us, with deodorant on, they don’t get it.” (NME, November 2006).On his emotions: “I suppose I do get sad, but not for too long. I just look in the mirror and go, ‘What a good-looking fuck you are.’” (NME, November 2006).Spreading the love for Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty: “I don’t give a fuck about her, I don’t give a fuck about the other dick and I don’t give a fuck about any of ‘em.” (NME, September 2008).On Pete Doherty (again): "What does the word Libertine mean? Freedom! He's in the corner doing smack with a helmet on his head. There's nothing free about that. It's nasty." (NME, 2005).

Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now

I was happy in the haze of a drunken hour
But heaven knows I'm miserable now
I was looking for a job, and then I found a job
And heaven knows I'm miserable now
In my life
Why do I give valuable time
To people who don't care if I live or die ?
Two lovers entwined pass me by
And heaven knows I'm miserable now
I was looking for a job, and then I found a job
And heaven knows I'm miserable now
In my life
Oh, why do I give valuable time
To people who don't care if I live or die ?
What she asked of me at the end of the day
Caligula would have blushed
"You've been in the house too long" she said
And I (naturally) fled
In my life
Why do I smile
At people who I'd much rather kick in the eye ?
I was happy in the haze of a drunken hour
But heaven knows I'm miserable now
"You've been in the house too long" she said
And I (naturally) fled
In my life
Why do I give valuable time
To people who don't care if I live or die ?
