Okkervil River @ The Zoo

This is a great show!

They really rock. Listening to their albums, you just don't get the impression that these guys could rock on stage, but they do.

All guys dressed in suits. The girl dressed in a dress. They came out and kicked started with "Plus Ones". Audiences were very into it. I think both the bands and we audiences all had a great time. They played about 5 songs from the second album, and another 6 songs from the latest album. And about 2 or 3 songs from Black Sheep Boy. Again, I'm not a superfan of them. I came because they're called Okkervil River and they have a song called "For Real". Of course, best song of theirs.

Will, the leader and the singer was really rocking with his acoustic guitar. The drummer, Travis was special, he was really energetic comparing to other members on the band. Which is a good thing, people goes to gig to see exciting things. And Okkervil River were exciting. So it was a pretty good gig. It surprised me that it was actually a sold-out gig. Nice!
