Debauchery, fucked-up stories, excessive drug abuse, freakish operations, all wrapped up in insane noise and distortion. Even for today's standard, this is still one of the most WTF albums. But, fuck, I just love this album. It's loud, it's sick, it's aggressive, it's hypnotic, it's everything you want in a rock album that fucks, and fucks its way through and through to the end.
